An end-to-end machine learning system to estimate real estate prices, deployed on AWS cloud.

• Pipeline Design: Performed data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, missing value imputation, and outlier detection/removal.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conducted EDA with statistical analysis and visualizations to identify trends and patterns.
• Explainable AI: Applied feature selection using Random Forest Importance, Gradient Boosting, LASSO, and Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE).
• Model Optimization: Built and optimized Linear Regression and SVR models using encoding, transformation, and PCA.
• Interactive Features: Developed analytics and recommendation modules including geo maps, amenities analysis, and property recommendations.
• Cloud Deployment: Created a responsive Streamlit web application and deployed the project on AWS for real-time predictions.
